SURGICAL BROW LIFT (Lateral)

A brow lift, also known as eyebrow lift, is a cosmetic surgery procedure done to lateral eye brows. The surgery may be performed during an upper lid surgery or direct through an incision at the temple region.

Eyebrow lifts are able to rejuvenate the appearance, giving one a more youthful and relaxed look.

During the classical approach an incision (horizontal) is made above the lateral eye brow posterior to the hairline, left and right, about 4 cm long. After undermining the frontal skin, the lateral eyebrow connection to the orbital bone will be cut to release the lateral eye brow. A suspension sıutıre will elevate and fix the eye brows to the skull.

The forehead will stay swollen for 4 to 5 days and a minimal bruising is also possible.
